Elevate Solar Customer Referral Program
As a participant in the Elevate Solar Customer Referral Program (the “Program”), you are subject to Elevate Solar’s standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for the Elevate Solar Customer Referral Program. This Program is intended for residential customers of Elevate Solar to refer new residential customers for the provision of Elevate Solar’s products and services. Any practices which deviate from the spirit of this Program will be deemed ineligible for reward at Elevate Solar’s discretion. Such practices include, but are not limited to, third-party lead brokering entities (or similar) utilising the Program for referring clients to Elevate Solar which do not have a bona fide referral connection with an existing Elevate Solar customer. This Program, including the distribution of rewards, is managed by Elevate Solar Pty Ltd as the promoter (“Elevate Solar”). All enquiries relating to this program are to be addressed to Elevate Solar.
Referral: The act of submitting a prospective customer lead’s details to Elevate Solar.
Qualified Referral: The Friend installing and paying in full for an eligible solar PV or solar PV and battery system with Elevate Solar following an approved Referral
Referrer: A new or existing Elevate Solar customer who submits a prospective customer lead to Elevate Solar.
Friend: The prospective customer lead whose details are submitted by the Referrer using a Referral.
The Program: The Elevate Solar Customer Referral Program.
- This offer is available to Referrers and Friends with a residential property in Elevate Solar locations in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.
- By participating in the program, you are stating that the named Friend provided by you is eligible for this Program and that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Program.
- There is no limit per person on the accumulated amount of monetary rewards received by any one participant from Qualified Referrals submitted through the Program.
- Referrers may submit as many Referrals as they choose as long as the Friend meets the eligibility criteria as stated herein.
- A Referral has to be done via the online submission form available at elevatesolar.com.au/refer-a-friend or by calling Elevate Solar on 1300 122 022.
- Eligibility is limited to individuals only. The Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined at Elevate Solar’s sole discretion.
- The Referrer and the Friend cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Friend must be a new customer who has never purchased from Elevate Solar before. Elevate Solar automatically disqualifies suspicious Referrals at its sole discretion.
- Only if the Friend successfully converts to an Elevate Solar customer by installing and paying in full for an eligible solar PV or solar PV and battery system with Elevate Solar will the Referral Reward be issued to the Referrer and the Friend.
- Eligible solar PV or solar PV and battery systems are defined as being complete, installed grid-connected systems sized 6.6kW and above.
- The Program only applies to the system configurations listed in point 6 above and cannot be combined with any other company special programs, benefits or discount offer.
- The reward for a Qualified Referral to the Referrer is a $250 Visa or MasterCard Gift Card or a $250 discount on a new solar PV or battery system purchased from Elevate Solar by the Rererrer.
- The reward for a Qualified Referral to the Friend is $250 discount on the price of the Friend’s new solar PV system, in combination with a home battery system or not, or a new battery system where purchased as an add-on to an existing solar PV system
- The rewards as listed under items 11) and 12) are together referred to as the “Referral Reward”.
- As a Referrer or Friend you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
- The Referrer part of the Referral Reward will be emailed out to the email address provided by the Referrer at the time of the Referral.
- The Friend part of the Referral Reward will be included in the final price of their purchase.
- The Referral Reward will be processed by the end of the month following the latter of (i) the installation date or (ii) date the invoice is paid in full.
- In order to be considered an eligible referral, the Friend must not have contacted Elevate Solar of their own volition within the last 30 days.
- In order to be considered an eligible referral, another Referrer must not have already referred the same Friend.
- In the case where multiple Referrers refer the same Friend, the reward will be paid to the first Referrer. The date stamped submission confirmation will be used to determine which Referral has precedence.
- You can only become an eligible Referrer under the Program once you’ve successfully completed and paid for your installation.
- Referrals are invalid where the Referrer and the Friend are the same person or reside at the same residential address.
- It is the responsibility of the Referrer to ensure that the Friend is eligible under the conditions of this Program.
- Once the Referral is made, Elevate Solar will contact the Friend as soon as is reasonably possible. Contact will be made via the email address and/or phone number as provided by the Referrer. In the case where the Referrer has provided an incorrect phone number or Elevate Solar is not able to contact the registered Friend by email address, Elevate Solar reserves the right to disqualify the Referral after a 30-day period.
- The Referrer and Friend can only receive rewards based on installations at the residential address stated in the online form submission.
- This Program supersedes any previous terms and conditions.
- By accepting our terms and conditions, you represent that you have the authority to disclose the name of the person or business (your friend) who is referred to us. Without this authority you acknowledge that you are ineligible to participate in the Program.
- Elevate Solar will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (included, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with redeeming the reward(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- The terms and conditions of this Program are subject to change at any time without notice. This Program may be terminated at Elevate Solar’s discretion.
- By participating in the Program, you agree and consent to Elevate Solar using and disclosing your personal information for the purpose of the Program and any other matter connected to or incidental to the Program; and using your details for internal use or marketing purposes at Elevate Solar’s sole discretion.
- If, for any reason, the Program is not able to be run as planned, including computer virus, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, vandalism, power failures, natural disasters or any other cause beyond the control of Elevate Solar, which affects the administration, security and integrity of this Program, then Elevate Solar reserves the right to cancel, modify or postpone the Program.
