“I began my journey with Elevate Solar, driven by my strong belief in aligning my career with a purpose I wholeheartedly believe in. The birth of my children transformed my perspective on the world around us, igniting a deep desire to make our planet a better place for future generations. My son Finn and his love for animals inspires me every day, opening my eyes to see the world through a different lens.”
Before venturing into renewables, Jess had a background in finance, where she saw first hand the transformative power of good financial advice in saving clients significant amounts of money.
In the early days of Jess working in the Solar industry, Jess was underwhelmed by the way the solar industry serviced customers. She observed a significant gap in the market for exceptional customer service, a value instilled in her during her upbringing in Canada. Naturally, she strives to deliver client-focused solutions and services that exceed expectations.
Originally from Canada, Jess made Victoria’s Surf Coast her home 15 years ago. Recently, her family embarked on a new chapter, settling in the Sunshine Coast’s Hinterland in sunny Queensland. Together with her husband Troy and their three children, aged 11, 9, and 7, Jess cherishes precious moments with her family while simultaneously working towards changing the world—one delighted customer at a time.
